Hi Sue!
I finally made it to your blog, I'm sorry it took me so long.
Love the video! You are so right, there's so much neglect towards animals/pets not only in Lima, but within the country.
It is sad to see them wander on the streets :(

Sue,
I love your website.
The dogs of Lima break my heart...(I have loved and rescued many dogs and other creatures too).
But I loved all of your videos, comments, how you live on the planet, with great respect etc.
I had booties for my dogs in NYC so the salt and chemicals on the streets, sidewalks would not hurt their feet in winter. My dogs walked just like your dog was walking wearing them, kicking out to the side, not quite knopwing what to make of them. I laughed, it was so cute! Your dog is very, very sweet. It obviously has a wonderful life, traveling, swimming in the wild, camping everywhere and wearing those booties for a blizzard walk.
By the way, I think the world of your sister! She is the most wonderful friend to me.
I hope we meet someday...

Congratulations on your co-op membership/ownership! The other thing I like about being a member of a co-op is they will print the % of locally purchased items at the bottom of the receipt. It's nice to have that awareness.

OMG. We also had snow/ice booties for Bandit, our Lab. It was hysterical watching him walk in them--he looked like a platypus with his paws flapping down the sidewalk.
